Mark Martin: 'I could have been Jeff Gordon' of NASCAR

Martin 67 spent much of his career in the No. 6 Ford for Roush Racing. From 1989 to 2009 he recorded over 20 years and 40 Cup Series victories 35 of them with Roush Racing.

But the veteran NASCAR Cup Series star never wavered from his loyalty. But now, slowly, he's starting to wonder about it. Martin later said he could have been NASCAR’s version of Jeff Gordon.

Gordon is one of the highest-paid drivers ever, signing a lifetime deal with Hendrick Motorsports. “I could have been the Jeff Gordon.
